We unite churches, clergy, and laity in a transformative initiative. We are led by transgender and non-binary Christians, our mission is for true inclusion and belonging across churches in the UK. Since churches are part of wider society, sometimes our mission extends beyond the church and asks for the legal and policy changes needed to protect trans * people's dignity and privacy.
TAKE ACTION
Respond to the EHRC
Respond to the Equality and Human Rights Commission's Code of Practice consultation by using our guidance.
The deadline for responding is 30th June 2025.
Ban Conversion Therapy
Conversion therapy is still legal in the UK. The previous Conservative government promised to make a ban.
Please sign this petition to bring about a trans-inclusive ban on conversion therapy.
Write to Your MP
The easiest way to inform your MP about your concerns is by writing to them. Use our template and tips to educate them on the issues impacting trans people.
Write to the WEC
The Parliamentary Women and Equalities Committee scutinise the work of the EHRC and have to approve the appointment of the new Chair.
Please ask them to reject the appointment of Mary-Ann Stephenson. Stephenson has a history of being aligned with transphobic hate groups.
Attend the Lobby
